The Community Impact Bucks Showcase event will be held on Tuesday 27th September from 4.30pm at the Green Park  Conference Centre, Aston Clinton. There will also be free workshops which will be running between 5pm and 5.45pm. The subjects on offer  are Rural Deprivation, Volunteering,  Trustee responsibilities, risks and rewards and Sustainable Funding. Vale Economy. This AVDC scheme provides grants of up to £3,000 for start-up businesses and £5,000 for established businesses. Applications can be made for help towards capital expenditure such as machinery and tools, marketing and advertising, research and development, staff training and recruitment costs and property rental subsidy. No this is not a free drink, although no cost in cash, the Parish Council do want you to review the information on hand and give us your ideas and concerns. Requested via AVDC the PC are required to have a consultation process in place with the villagers, this is in some ways an extension of work already done but is specifically relevant to the changes that are going to happen shortly once the Localism Bill is passed, probably early 2012, and specifically relates to development and planning.
